“Staying with Amy is like staying with family. She is the kindest, most considerate, easy going and accommodating host you can ask for. The room is bigger than most rooms in Manhattan. I had such a great time in NY at Amy’s place, always felt comfortable, relaxed, safe and cared for. I especially love Birdie her doggy so much!”

“Amy is simply lovely, kind and accommodating. The room is very comfortable and very clean, and having a private bathroom with a shower is a huge bonus. We were there to help care for a new grandchild, and things were busy and a bit chaotic. The serene atmosphere in Amy's apartment and the welcoming room made us feel like we were in a home away from home. There are plenty of places to eat, grocery stores nearby, and a subway station right across the street. Just a great experience. Thank you, Amy!”

“Just perfect! After searching for numerous hours was soo glad to find Amy! Honestly the location, the room, proximity to the station & overall Amy herself just makes this place perfect. Mid town is literally 20 mins on the subway (A Line) & it doesn’t get any better than this. Stayed with Amy for nearly 10 days & loved every bit of it; she is so generous, helpful & just soo friendly. The icing on the cake definitely being Birdie; her sweet lovable dog - honestly she was soo well behaved & just full of love. Unfortunately our flight into NYC arrived post midnight & Amy was still so accommodating!”

“Amy is kindest person you will ever meet. I stayed at her place for a month and Amy made sure I felt at home. Her room was spotless when I first arrived. During my stay, Amy made me feel welcome in her home while valuing my privacy. She cooked several delicious meals for me and her desserts were the most wonderful. The location is very close to A train (right across the street) and has a nice park nearby for running. Above all, Amy is simply the most genuine person and a very fun person to talk to. Staying at Amy's place was the best part of my trip.”

“One of the best hosts I’ve ever stayed with, and in a lovely area. Close enough to the city (20-30 minutes to center), yet far enough to get some peace and quiet. The area itself has a lot to see, many restaurants and a coffee shop with great breakfast just around the corner, and live jazz which Amy can direct you to, as well as the Cloisters just up the road (worth a visit!). I hope I get the chance to visit NYC and the heights again.”
